People often overestimate what will happen in the next 2 years and underestimate what will happen in the ten years (from The Road Ahead, Bill Gates) but i never under or overestimate the future as well as i never think about my future….

Same job in the office. I already go in the situation, what must i prepare before customer visit. And I already know the work-flow that I must step-by-step do it. I think customer service team like extracurricular at my campus, event organizer for himateki event, seminar topi 2005 and 2006.
The problem that confused me is communication and must know the important people related to customer service team, so many people. Maybe time that reduce my confusing.
